Mercor is seeking an HR Operations Expert for a remote hourly contractor position. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of experience in HR operations, expertise in HRIS platforms like Workday or BambooHR, and the ability to create detailed HR scenarios. Responsibilities include building people operations tasks, developing employee inquiry scenarios, and constructing onboarding/offboarding checklists.
