DATA ANALYST
Vigorcare Pediatric Services
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for data and a strong analytical mindset. As a Data Analyst at VigorCare Pediatric Services, you will play a crucial role in analyzing and interpreting data to drive strategic decision-making and improve operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Collect, organize, and analyze large datasets from various sources Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and reports to track key performance metrics Identify trends and patterns in data to provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and develop data-driven solutions Ensure data accuracy and integrity by performing regular data audits and quality checks Communicate findings and insights to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner Stay current with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and reporting Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field 2+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in the healthcare industry Proficient in SQL and experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and draw insights from complex data sets Excellent communication and presentation skills Detail-oriented with a strong focus on data accuracy and quality Ability to work independently and in a team environment Familiarity with healthcare data and regulations is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
