Senior IT Compliance Analyst

Leading IT General Controls (ITGC) implementation efforts for new enterprise systems, the full-time Senior IT Compliance Analyst will serve as a trusted advisor to project teams, ensuring compliance requirements are integrated into technology initiatives while working remotely from any U.S. location. Key responsibilities Lead the implementation of ITGCs and operational controls for new systems and AI-enabled technologies Partner with project teams to integrate SOX and IT compliance requirements throughout the system development lifecycle Conduct assessments of IT general controls and communicate risks and remediation recommendations to stakeholders Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Accounting, or related field with 8+ years of relevant experience Experience leading IT SOX compliance programs with a focus on ITGCs Demonstrated ability to integrate IT controls into new system implementations Direct experience with IT risk management and compliance frameworks Ability to explain technical IT control concepts to non-technical audiences
