Salary: $52,000 - 52,000 per year Requirements:

• A CompTIA A+ certification is required.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Availability for at least 40 hours per week is required.
• You must be available to work daily from 6:00 a.m. through 8:00 p.m.
• You must be able to lift up to 50 lbs to chest height.
• You must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
• You must be able to kneel under desks.
• You must have held a valid drivers license for at least one year.
• You must be at least 18 years of age to be considered.
• Familiarity and experience with computer hardware troubleshooting, Windows, Mac, Linux, event logs, PC imaging and deployment, basic networking, Wi-Fi troubleshooting, MFC setup, low-voltage cable planning and installation, Avigilon camera systems, Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Entra/Intune, Google Workspace administration, Mosyle MDM, and SyncroPSA are preferred.

• You will create, update, and close tickets in our ticketing system.
• You will answer and use chat and phone systems to support users.
• You will perform remote computer sessions.
• You will manage IT onboarding and offboarding for employees.
• You will move workstations and manage cabling.
• You will set up and maintain audio and video solutions.
• You will install, update, and troubleshoot applications on end-user computers.
• You will perform hardware upgrades and coordinate repairs through third-party providers.
• You will troubleshoot network connectivity issues.
