A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for aNetwork Support Specialist

About the Opportunity
We're looking for a hands-on Network Support Specialist who thrives in dynamic environments and enjoys being the go-to expert for both network infrastructure and end-user technology support.

What You'll Bring
Core Technical Expertise

• Proven experience supporting enterprise network environments, including:
• Cisco-based LAN switching and routing
• Structured cabling systems with a strong focus on fiber-optic networking technologies
• Fiber installation, maintenance, testing, and troubleshooting
• Hands-on experience operating OTDR and other network-testing equipment

Preferred Skills & Certifications

• Solid understanding of Wireless LAN (WLAN) fundamentals
• Experience supporting Cisco wireless solutions
• Cisco CCNA certification (or higher) preferred
• Familiarity with wireless survey and optimization tools such as Ekahau
• Project management exposure and/or certification is a plus

What You'll Do
As the face of IT support, you'll play a critical role in ensuring employees stay productive, connected, and equipped with the technology they need to succeed.

• Deliver end-to-end support for desktop computers, laptops, peripherals, and related technology
• Provide prompt, hands-on troubleshooting and resolution of hardware, software, and connectivity issues
• Work directly with end users, offering exceptional customer service through face-to-face interactions
• Maintain and support enterprise software applications using available knowledge base resources
• Administer and support Active Directory environments
• Ensure all technology assets remain operational with minimal disruption to business operations
• Exercise sound judgment, ownership, and independent decision-making in resolving technical challenges

What Makes You a Great Fit

• Undergraduate degree, vocational certification, or equivalent practical experience in Information Systems or Technology
• 2-3 years of desktop/desk-side support experience in a professional environment
• Strong knowledge of:
• Windows operating systems
• Microsoft Office Suite
• Enterprise software applications
• Active Directory administration
• Extensive software troubleshooting expertise
• Outstanding communication and customer-service skills
• Self-driven, adaptable, and committed to delivering a seamless technology experience

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $40.00 - $42.30 per hour
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
