Associate Pricing Analyst

Partner with Corporate Account leadership and Contract Administration teams to manage the timely completion and submission of customer pricing proposals, contracts, and RFP responses across assigned territories. Review and validate pricing structures, contract terms, and supporting documentation to ensure accuracy prior to customer and internal distribution. Collaborate with Contract Administration to facilitate new contract implementation, ensuring pricing, billing, shipping, and customer account parameters are accurately configured within the ERP system. Support sales leadership by providing pricing analysis, account-level reporting, and data‑driven insights while partnering with Accounts Receivable, Customer Service, and other internal teams to resolve discrepancies and improve customer satisfaction. Prepare detailed pricing models and financial analyses to support strategic decision‑making and executive management review. Deliver analytical and operational support while maintaining strong cross–functional relationships, professionalism, confidentiality, and a high level of customer service. Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, improve operational efficiency, and lead continuous process improvement initiatives that enhance accuracy and productivity. Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and applicable legal requirements through ongoing training, adherence to internal controls, and ethical business practices. Represent the organization professionally while fostering positive relationships with employees, customers, vendors, and business partners, maintaining the highest standards of integrity and accountability. #J-18808-Ljbffr
