We are currently looking for an enthusiastic Bartender to join our Front of House team! We focus heavily on craft spirits, contemporary cocktails, wine, and local craft beer. Our ideal candidate has a passion for creating exciting, well balanced cocktails, and enjoys interacting with the guests. Responsibilities: Mindfully serve alcoholic beverages with a keen sense of judgement Establish consistent communication with FOH, BOH, the beverage team, and management Provide attentive service while anticipating needs Maintain bar cleanliness and organization Build and maintain good rapport with regular customers Offer menu insight and recommendations when appropriate Skills & Requirements Previous experience in a high volume, craft cocktail establishment 2+ years of bartending and serving experience is preferred Must have a personable demeanor, friendly personality, and a good smile Physical Demands The physical demands for this position are seeing, hearing, speaking, reaching, frequently lifting up to 50 pounds, sitting, standing, for 4 to 8 hours, bending, and moving intermittently during working hours.
