Sharetown is seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead a team responsible for turning newly onboarded contractors (Sharetown Reps) into consistent performers. You will drive revenue growth by developing training materials, coaching, retaining, and growing new Reps, ensuring the team teaches proven sales strategies, and builds a motivated, competitive culture.
