Synex Talent is looking for an Oncology Data Specialist to join our team in a full-time, remote position. Based in Northborough, this role plays a crucial part in harnessing data to support oncology research and contribute to advancements in the renewables and environment sector.
As an Oncology Data Specialist, you will be responsible for analyzing complex datasets, managing databases, and ensuring accurate data collection and integrity. Responsibilities

- Participate in the design and implementation of data collection protocols
Requirements
- Associate's degree in Data Science, Health Informatics, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in data analysis or a related role
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on oncology-related datasets
- Proficiency in data management tools and software
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Detail-oriented with a strong emphasis on data integrity
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Familiarity with data visualization platforms is a plus
