BCBA Clinical Supervisor
Job Type: Full-Time Location: Richmond, TX / Rosenberg, TX Facility Setting: Outpatient ABA Clinic or Residential Behavioral Treatment Program Salary: Based on experience + Quarterly Performance Bonuses
Responsibilities
- Oversee and supervise ABA treatment programs
- Provide clinical supervision to RBTs, BCaBAs, and Behavior Analyst Interns
- Conduct behavioral assessments and functional analyses
- Develop and modify individualized ABA treatment plans
- Monitor treatment progress and analyze behavioral data
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, teachers, and multidisciplinary teams
- Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and treatment standards
- Provide direct ABA services as needed
- Train staff and support ongoing clinical development
Qualifications
- BCBA Certification required
- Texas Licensure (or eligibility/apply upon hire)
- Master's Degree in Behavior Analysis or related field with ABA coursework
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) preferred
- Experience managing challenging behaviors preferred
