We help companies and their employees turn complex equity into confident decisions — from grant acceptance through vesting, tax planning, and beyond. We serve two markets: enterprise corporate clients and the RIA/broker-dealer channel. We're growing fast and looking for someone who knows this space from the inside.

The Role

This is a mid-level enterprise sales position for someone who has lived in the equity compensation world — either as a stock plan administrator (SPA), or selling into that function at one of the major custodians or software providers. You know how SPAs think, what keeps them up at night, and how decisions get made. You don't need to be managed; you need a platform worth selling and room to run.

This role offers a competitive base salary with uncapped commissions and meaningful equity participation.

What You'll Do

• Own a territory of mid-market and enterprise companies (500–50,000 employees) with active equity comp programs

• Build and work a pipeline of stock plan administrator and HR/total rewards relationships from your network and new outreach

• Run the full sales cycle — prospecting, discovery, demo, proposal, negotiation, close

• Partner with our CFP and CEP team on complex deals requiring technical depth

• Represent Grantd at industry events: GEO, NASPP, CEP Symposium

• Feed market intelligence back to product — you're on the front lines

• Growth path: opportunity to become one of Grantd's first sales leaders as we scale — early hires help shape our sales process, product direction, and future team

Who You Are

You come from one of these places:

• Stock plan administrator at a public or late-stage private company — you've been on the buyer side and now want to sell a product you wish you'd had

• Sales or relationship management at a major equity plan custodian or recordkeeper:

• You understand RSU mechanics, ESPP administration, option exercises, 10b5-1 plans, and the compliance complexity that comes with all of it

• You have an established network of relationships — SPAs, total rewards leads, CFOs, HR leaders — built throughout your career

• You're comfortable in a fast-moving startup; you don't need a big brand behind you to open doors

What Success Looks Like

Success in this role comes from deep equity compensation experience, an established professional network, and a proven ability to independently build and close enterprise opportunities as a full-cycle hunter.

Compensation

• Base Salary: $100-$150k

• OTE: $250,000+

• Commission: Uncapped

• Equity: Meaningful stake in a high-growth fintech company

• Benefits: 401(k) with company match; health, dental, and vision coverage; paid time off and company holidays

Actual compensation will depend on experience, qualifications, and other business considerations. OTE reflects expected performance at full quota attainment.
