Property Accountant

A real estate company is seeking to hire a Property Accountant. This role is one of two accountants that report to the CFO. You will be responsible for AP, AR, GL maintenance, lease administration, bank reconciliations, and assisting with month/year end close for a portfolio of properties. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of real estate accounting experience and is proficient in Yardi and Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs).
