We are looking for a detail-oriented Sr Rebate Management Specialist to support rebate billing and reconciliation activities for a health insurance organization in Bloomington, Minnesota. This Long-term Contract position plays a key role in ensuring large-volume manufacturer rebate payments are applied accurately, researched thoroughly, and resolved within established timelines. The person in this role will work cross-functionally, analyze payment activity, and help strengthen operational efficiency across rebate management processes.Responsibilities:• Manage the full rebate payment lifecycle for an assigned group of manufacturer accounts, including application, validation, and reconciliation of incoming funds.• Examine remittance details and billing rules to confirm payment accuracy, investigate mismatches, and determine appropriate resolutions.• Perform variance reviews and root cause analysis to identify discrepancies, clarify payment behavior, and support corrective actions.• Serve as a knowledgeable resource on manufacturer rebate terms and payment patterns while collaborating with internal business partners to address issues.• Respond to internal and external questions by conducting independent research and providing clear, timely updates on findings and next steps.• Review exclusions and disputes, document outcomes, and support resolution efforts that align with contractual and operational requirements.• Track accuracy and turnaround expectations to ensure work is completed in accordance with established service metrics.• Identify process gaps or inefficiencies and recommend improvements that enhance consistency, quality, and operational performance.• Contribute to reporting, analysis, and special projects related to rebate operations, billing support, and financial reconciliations.S
