Health Information Analyst - Medical Records & Data Integrity
University Health
University Health is seeking a Health Information Technician to organize and analyze inpatient and outpatient medical records for recently discharged patients. You will assist with record completion, deficiency creation, and contribute to overall record quality within the HIM team. You will help with births registration, scanning, quality assurance screening, auditing, and ensure compliance with HIPAA and Joint Commission standards while mentoring other staff as needed. #J-18808-Ljbffr University Health
