- Maintain organized Front Counter, McCafé, and Drive‑Thru areas.
- Control food safety, quality, and cost; train kitchen staff on production procedures.
- Hire, train, and schedule qualified crew; recognize and motivate them.

- Positive team player with flexible schedule and passion for fast‑paced service.
