Overview

Are you a people-oriented professional who enjoys organization, communication, and delivering outstanding support? We are currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our remote team as a Client Services Coordinator.

In this position, you'll play an important role in assisting clients with travel-related needs, coordinating service requests, and helping ensure a seamless experience from the initial inquiry through final travel preparations. This opportunity offers flexibility, professional development, and the ability to work remotely while building valuable customer service and coordination skills.

No previous travel experience is required. We provide all necessary training, resources, and ongoing guidance.

Key Duties

Assist clients with travel arrangements, vacation packages, cruises, accommodations, and related services
Gather and organize information needed to support travel planning and reservation requests
Research available travel products, destinations, and supplier offerings using approved company tools
Review booking information and confirmations to help maintain accuracy and completeness
Respond to client inquiries with professionalism and attention to detail
Coordinate schedule adjustments, reservation updates, and special requests as needed
Maintain organized records of customer interactions, travel plans, and documentation
Participate in virtual workshops, training sessions, and team collaboration activities

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States, United Kingdom, Mexico, Australia, or Spain
