Schedule: Full-time, Tuesday - Saturday.

Tuesday - Friday 9:30 am - 6:30 pm

Saturday 7:30 am - 2:30 pm

Compensation:

$24 - $28 hourly

Responsibilities:

• Welcome patients with a warm and friendly demeanor, ensuring they feel comfortable and valued from the moment they arrive.
• Coordinate patient appointments efficiently, balancing the needs of both patients and healthcare providers.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure all information is up-to-date and confidential.
• Facilitate communication between patients and healthcare providers, ensuring all parties are informed and aligned.
• Assist in managing patient inquiries and concerns, providing clear and compassionate responses.
• Support the clinic's daily operations by organizing and prioritizing tasks effectively.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall patient experience and clinic efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Experience in a healthcare setting or customer service role, ensuring patients feel welcomed and valued.
• Ability to coordinate appointments efficiently, optimizing clinic schedules for smooth patient flow.
• Proven track record of clear communication with patients, enhancing their understanding and confidence in care plans.
• Strong collaboration skills to work seamlessly with healthcare providers, addressing patient concerns promptly.
• Proficiency in managing patient records with accuracy and confidentiality, maintaining up-to-date information.
• Ability to facilitate patient check-in and check-out processes, ensuring a positive and smooth experience.
• Empathy and professionalism in responding to patient inquiries, providing accurate information and support as needed.
