Service Technician Manager
Salary: $50,000–$57,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM (or until work is completed)
Location: Field & Facility
Company Vehicle Provided
The Service Technician Manager is a hands-on technical expert who leads by example in the field. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented problem solver who takes pride in doing the job right, setting clear standards, and ensuring consistent, high-quality results. The ideal candidate is dependable, process-driven, and confident making decisions, with a strong sense of ownership over outcomes, team performance, and customer satisfaction.
What You’ll Do
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex service issues
- Perform repairs on siding, windows, and doors at customer homes
- Clearly explain repairs and installation processes to customers
- Respond promptly and professionally to service requests
- Manage, support, and direct Service Technicians and Installation Crews
- Provide on-site guidance, coaching, and performance feedback
- Ensure work meets company quality, safety, and installation standards
- Evaluate service and installation quality using company guidelines
- Assist with process improvements and operational efficiency
- Perform other duties as assigned
What We’re Looking For
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2–3 years of service technician experience
- Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- At least 1 year of siding experience
- Strong knowledge of tools and equipment used in the siding and window industry
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Clean driving record, reliable transportation, and a valid driver’s license
