Skills and Requirements 5+ years of Salesforce Development experience. Strong experience with: Salesforce Sales Cloud Salesforce Service Cloud Salesforce integrations Experience mentoring developers or serving in a technical lead capacity. Ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams and business stakeholders. Proven ability to explain technical concepts and architectural decisions. Demonstrated use of AI tools within software development workflows. Ability to discuss how AI and agentic development are influencing modern engineering practices. Salesforce Data Cloud / Data 360 experience. CI/CD pipeline implementation experience. Google Cloud Platform (GCP) experience. Experience working in AWS, Azure, or other cloud environments.
