Operations Manager

Twin City Staffing is hiring an operations manager for a growing recycling facility. If you're a hands-on leader with experience in warehouse operations, shipping, logistics, or manufacturing, this is an excellent opportunity to lead a team, optimize daily operations, and build a long-term career with a stable company.
Location: Rogers, MN
Wage: $55,000 - $75,000/year
Hours: Monday - Friday, 7 am - 3:30 pm

- Coordinate truck deliveries, inventory, purchasing, and shipping while maintaining accurate operational records
- Lead warehouse staff, provide excellent customer service, and maintain a safe, organized work environment
- Collaborate to improve productivity, logistics, and overall facility operations
- Previous operations, warehouse, or manufacturing leadership experience
- Experience with shipping, receiving, logistics, inventory, or recycling operations preferred
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced industrial environment while leading by example
