Empire Today seeks go-getters to meet face-to-face with customers in their homes, helping find the best flooring products for their needs. Hot leads are generally within a 1-hour radius, with customers calling for in-home estimates. Use the strength of our well-known brand to generate more money through referrals and prospecting. The role offers: 100% commission + bonus opportunities Average first-year earnings of $50k - $70k, with top performers earning over $100k Company benefits packages Paid training Multiple schedule options Tools for developing community-based sales Company apparel stipend Opportunities for insurance or direct seller contracts Growth opportunities within a nationwide business Other perks Requirements include: Valid driver's license, vehicle with space for sample boards, and ability to drive it Valid auto insurance Ability to lift at least 25 lbs Attend sales meetings and training (in person or virtual) Achieve a minimum of self-generated sales monthly Availability for evening and weekend appointments Deliver excellent customer service Ability to use tablets and laser measuring devices for sales Present professionally, including in Empire-branded apparel *Earnings vary based on experience and location.
