About the Role The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for full‑life cycle recruitment for regular, temporary, full‑time, or part‑time staffing for positions with our company. Responsibilities Managing the entire hiring process from sourcing to offer acceptance. Participating in developing, implementing, and executing recruiting programs and strategies to fill current openings and help build a healthy pipeline of qualified candidates. Building solid relationships with leadership teams and serving as a partner before, during, and after the recruiting process. Being proactive in networking, cold calling, and deep diving into passive candidate networks throughout various markets. Handling confidential information in a professional manner, respecting employee privacy while maintaining company confidentiality; interacting with various levels of management, employees, applicants, and vendors. Managing college recruitment program initiatives from coordinating events to attending events as a company representative. Managing job postings and announcements, applicant correspondence, employee resumes, employment application forms, scheduling interviews, etc. Maintaining applicant files in line with company policies and government regulations; retaining records in line with company record retention requirements; handling filing, faxing, copying, and distribution of materials. Developing relationships and creating new relationships with recruiting contacts in the community. Creating and maintaining statistical and/or compliance reporting. Assisting in the immigration process (H1‑B). Performing other duties as required based on the position’s role within the business unit. Qualifications Associate degree in Human Resources, Business, or related discipline. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Additional HR certifications a plus (PHR, SHRM‑CP). Minimum 3 years’ recruitment experience. Experience with an HRIS and ATS database; (Taleo preferred). Combination of training, education, and relevant work experience that is equivalent. What You’ll Need to Be Successful Strong active and passive candidate sourcing skills. High level of discretion and interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential personnel matters and documentation. Strong organizational, record‑keeping and follow‑up skills. Attention to detail; strong analytical skills favored. Proficient in using a computer and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.); Oracle a plus. Prioritize and manage multiple tasks, changing priorities as necessary. Work under pressure and adapt to changing requirements with a positive attitude. Oral and written communication skills as required for the position. Self‑motivated, proactive and an effective team player. Interact effectively and professionally with all levels of employees, both management and staff, vendors, clients, and others. Travel Up to 20% Working Conditions General work environment – sitting for extended periods, standing, walking, typing, carrying, pushing, bending. Work is conducted primarily indoors with varying environmental conditions, such as fluorescent lighting and air conditioning. Noise level is typically low to medium; it can be loud on a job site. Occasional lifting of up to 30 lbs.
