Role overview We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Sales Assistant to support the sales team in its daily commercial operations. The ideal candidate has experience in sales support, business development, or account coordination, ideally within marketing agencies or the travel industry, and has advanced English proficiency. This person will work closely with senior management and the sales team to keep the pipeline organized, support client relationships, and help close opportunities efficiently. Responsibilities Maintain and update the CRM, tracking leads, opportunities, and pipeline status. Prepare sales materials, including proposals, quotes, presentations, and follow-up tickets. Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and follow-through. Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines. Clear, professional, and empathetic communication with clients. Proactive attitude and the ability to anticipate needs before they arise. Team player who collaborates well with sales and management. What we need you to tackle 01 Maintain the CRM and keep lead and opportunity data up to date. 02 Track pipeline progress and support follow-up on open deals. 03 Prepare proposals, quotes, presentations, and related sales documents. 04 Coordinate with senior management and the sales team on daily commercial tasks. 05 Support client communication with clear and professional follow-up. Nice to haves Assemble accurate quotes and basic pricing calculators in spreadsheets to accelerate turnaround and minimize errors. Create clear, on-brand sales decks to support pitches and account updates (e.g., Google Slides, PowerPoint, Canva). Configure light automations (tasks, sequences, reminders) in the CRM to reduce manual work and missed follow-ups, improving speed to close. #J-18808-Ljbffr
