Sales AssistantAs a Sales Assistant at Scripps Networks, you will play an essential role in supporting Ad Sales Account Executives and Pricing and Inventory management with the daily stewardship and maintenance of clients' advertising revenue across our national networks. Join our passionate team where your contributions fuel the stories that matter and the connections that count!WHAT YOU'LL DO:Execute and manage clients' advertising revenue and collaborate with internal departments to ensure flawless post-sale execution of advertising deals across multiple endpointsFacilitate clients' brand allocations, flighting requirements, shifts, commercial instructions, content constraints, and ad hoc requestsCommunicate with Sales, Marketing, Commercial Operations and Pricing and Inventory teams to execute sponsorship opportunitiesAssist, monitor and track campaign impressions to ensure full deal deliveryTroubleshoot creative issues/requests and delivery of traffic instructions to facilitate campaigns air by clients' start dateResolve outstanding billing discrepancies and ensure timeline client paymentsSupport Account Executives and Sales Management in researching client initiatives, strategies, and/or brand launchesWHAT YOU'LL NEED:High school diploma or equivalent requiredPrior media internship(s) preferredWHAT YOU'LL BRING:Highly motivated, proactive, and able to work autonomously with a solution-oriented, problem-solving approachAbility to multi-task, prioritize, and maintain excellent attention to detailStrong verbal and written communication skillsProficient use of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)Must have the ability to learn new systems and platforms software programs such as ad order entry and customer relations management softwareWHERE YOU'LL LIVE, WORK, AND PLAYNew York City is the ultimate destination for ambitious professionals seeking endless opportunities and unmatched energy.
