ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my first agency in 2013 and expanded into my second location in 2020. Today, I have a team of five, and we continue to grow steadily. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I built my career in financial services, which helped shape the way I approach customer care and running a business.

Im a single mom with two teenage sons, and I hold a BBA in Finance. Community is also a big part of who I amI stay very connected to the Vietnamese community and love being involved wherever I can make a positive impact.

I offer partial health coverage and licensing reimbursement, and our office environment is truly family-oriented. We care about each other, support one another, and enjoy regular team outings. Our agency is located in a busy shopping center with strong walk-in traffic, and Im proud of our excellent Google reviews that reflect how hard we work for our customers.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Hien Apple - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
• Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
• Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
• Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
• Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Bilingual Vietnamese or Spanish.
