We are looking for an attorney to join a growing boutique lemon law practice in Beverly Hills, California. This role offers the opportunity to manage plaintiff-side litigation matters in a collaborative office where attorneys work closely together and contribute to meaningful case strategy. The firm values strong advocacy, practical judgment, and a balanced workplace culture while continuing to expand its presence and capabilities.Responsibilities:• Manage a portfolio of lemon law litigation matters from initial case assessment through resolution, adjusting approach based on the complexity and procedural track of each matter.• Represent clients at court appearances, hearings, depositions, and vehicle inspections while maintaining strong preparation and follow-through at every stage.• Draft, revise, and file motions, pleadings, and other litigation documents that support effective case development and advocacy.• Oversee written discovery, responses, and related strategy, ensuring each matter progresses efficiently and in compliance with deadlines.• Develop litigation plans for matters involving both faster-moving regulatory pathways and more heavily contested manufacturer disputes.• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and internal staff to keep cases moving and expectations clearly aligned.• Work closely with fellow attorneys and support staff in an on-site environment that encourages knowledge-sharing and team-based problem solving.• Contribute to the firm’s continued growth by handling an active caseload and supporting high-quality plaintiff litigation outcomes.
