Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will carry out a variety of essential responsibilities, including but not limited to:

• Conducting detailed assessments and evaluations of clients to understand their mental health issues and develop effective treatment plans tailored to their needs.

• Providing individualized therapy sessions that utilize diverse evidence-based modalities aimed at fostering personal growth, emotional healing, and well-being.

• Collaborating with clients to set therapeutic goals and systematically tracking their progress throughout the treatment process.

• Engaging in continuous professional development to remain informed about best practices and innovations in the field of marriage and family therapy.

• Documenting client interactions thoroughly and accurately in accordance with state regulations and organizational policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on serving both adult and child/adolescent populations, helping clients navigate complex relational issues, trauma, and mental health challenges. You will work closely with individuals and families, employing a holistic approach to address mental health needs and promote healthier relationships. Your expertise in family systems theory will be integral for effective intervention strategies.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following minimum qualifications:

• Valid LMFT license in the state of California.

• A Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field from an accredited institution.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a similar role, with a proven track record in effectively working with adult and/or child populations.

Preferred Experience\n

While all qualified applicants are encouraged to apply, those with additional experience in evidence-based practices, trauma-informed care or providing virtual therapy will be highly regarded. Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 annually, accompanied by a sign-on bonus to welcome our new team members.
