The Role
We're hiring a full-time Water Damage Mitigation & Mold Remediation Technician for our field crew. You'll respond to water losses, set up and monitor drying, and do mold remediation to IICRC standards. Jobs are across South Orange County, including San Clemente, Dana Point, Laguna Beach, San Juan Capistrano, Mission Viejo and Newport Beach.
What You'll Do
- Respond to water damage calls: extraction, controlled demolition and structural drying
- Set up, monitor and adjust air movers, dehumidifiers and air scrubbers
- Take and log moisture readings with meters and thermal imaging
- Build containment and remove mold following IICRC S500/S520 standards
- Wear PPE, including respirators, and use it correctly
- Document every job with photos, readings and notes
- Treat customers' homes with respect and keep homeowners informed
- Keep equipment, your company vehicle and job sites clean and organized
What We're Looking For
- Water mitigation and/or mold remediation experience (3+ years preferred)
- IICRC certification (WRT, ASD and/or AMRT) preferred
- Valid driver's license and a driving record that qualifies you to drive a company vehicle
- Able to lift 50+ lbs and work in attics, crawlspaces and tight spaces
- Willing to take after-hours emergency calls
- Reliable, on time, detail-oriented and a team player
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus

- $27–$32 per hour, based on experience and certifications
