Job Summary The Team Lead is responsible for providing supervision, leadership and direction to the company technicians. Training will be provided. Role and Responsibilities Manages the day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of multiple projects. Responsible for the whole project that has been assigned Coordinate and communicate with anyone and everyone who is involved with the project Attending scheduled onsite meetings Ensure that risks and problems are identified before they occur and take steps to prevent them Involved in every step of the project, from start to finish Qualifications – Minimum Must be mechanically inclined Overnight travel is required and much of the work is done during 2nd or 3rd shift and on weekends Experience working with warehouse setting Must be comfortable working off High Reach Equipment (e.g. lifts) and in enclosed spaces (ducts Experience supervising individuals or groups Must have good customer service skills and experience working with the public Good record keeping and organizations skills.
