Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions using evidence-based practices tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Assess clients' psychological and emotional needs through comprehensive evaluations and interviews to develop personalized treatment plans.

• Utilize diverse therapeutic techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), or Solution-Focused Therapy, to support clients in achieving their therapy goals.

• Collaborate closely with other mental health professionals, as well as medical staff, to ensure a holistic approach to client care.

• Maintain detailed and timely documentation of all client interactions, treatment plans, and progress in accordance with HIPAA regulations and clinical standards.

In this role, you will work with a diverse range of clients facing various challenges related to mental health, addiction, family dynamics, and personal development. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• Must hold a valid LMFT license in the state of New York.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this full-time position ranges between USD 52,000 and $70,000, commensurate with experience and productivity levels.
