What You’ll Be Doing

Leading a team to deliver a fast-paced, customer-first retail experience
Driving sales performance and hitting KPIs
Coaching and developing team members on the floor
Managing scheduling, inventory, and visual standards
Supporting hiring and onboarding to strengthen the team
