What You'll Do

• Assist in cardiac, vascular, thoracic, and transplant surgeries in the CVOR.
• Prepare operating room for cardiac and vascular cases, including CABG, valve replacements, aneurysm repairs, and transplant procedures.
• Maintain sterile field and assist surgical team with patient setup and instrumentation.
• Support patient safety by adhering to sterilization and infection control protocols.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across various surgical specialties.
• Manage equipment and supplies needed for complex cardiovascular procedures.
• Float within scope to meet the facility's needs as required.

What You Need

• Current NBSTSA or NCCT certification
• BLS certification
• 1+ year of CVOR or cardiac surgical tech experience
• Ability to work up to 2 weekends per month and holiday call
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to adapt to different surgical cases and settings
