Job Description
Insight Global is seeking Epic Clinical At-The-Elbow (ATE) Support Specialists to support a healthcare client. These resources will work directly with providers, nurses, medical assistants, and clinical staff to provide real-time support within Epic workflows during the go-live period.

Skills and Requirements
Epic experience required.
Experience working in an Urgent Care, Ambulatory, Outpatient, or Physician Practice setting.
Prior At-The-Elbow support or Epic go-live experience strongly preferred.
Strong communication skills and ability to support clinicians in a live care environment.
Comfortable walking the floor and providing direct user support. - Credentialed Epic Trainer
