We are looking for Customer Service Representative to support policyholders and customers in Greenville, South Carolina. This contract-to-permanent position is ideal for someone who enjoys delivering helpful service, managing high-volume communication, and keeping customer information accurate and organized. The person in this role will handle phone and email interactions, assist with requests and scheduling, and contribute to a high-quality service experience within the insurance industry.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to incoming customer calls, providing clear and courteous support for a variety of service needs.

• Make outbound calls when follow-up is needed to confirm details, provide updates, or assist with customer requests.

• Address questions promptly and guide customers through available services, next steps, and general account-related inquiries.

• Enter and update customer information, service details, and order-related records with a high level of accuracy.

• Manage email communication effectively, ensuring timely responses and proper documentation of customer interactions.

• Schedule appointments and coordinate service-related activities based on customer needs and business procedures.

• Use Microsoft Word and Excel to maintain records, track information, and support daily administrative tasks.

• Support operational changes and updated workflows as needed, including adjustments related to internal systems or service processes.

• Previous experience in a customer service or call center environment is preferred.

• Ability to handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls while maintaining accuracy and a courteous approach.

• Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and the ability to keep records organized.

• Experience composing clear and effective email correspondence and responding to customer inquiries effectively.

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.

• Comfortable scheduling appointments, entering orders, and managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
