Job Description Farmers Insurance District 04 is growing and seeking a bilingual English‑Spanish sales professional who wants to build a long‑term career in insurance. You will work with an established Farmers agency, receive sales and product training, and learn how insurance agencies grow through service, referrals, marketing, and consistent follow‑up. Insurance experience is helpful, but the right attitude, work ethic, and ability to connect with people matter just as much.
