About the Role

GTL Management is expanding in the Chicagoland area, and we’re hiring energetic, motivated individuals for our Customer Sales and Service team. This is an entry-level opportunity with rapid growth potential , ideal for anyone who enjoys working with people, solving problems, and being part of a positive, high-energy team.

You’ll work face-to-face with customers to promote products and services in a retail based setting for top clients in the telecommunications industry. If you’re dependable, coachable, and ready to learn, we want to meet you.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a retail environment
• Promote and sell products and services
• Use CRM tools to manage and update customer accounts
• Handle objections and provide effective solutions
• Communicate clearly and confidently with customers
• Build strong relationships with clients and teammates

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Coachable, positive, and eager to grow
• Reliable and available to work weekends
• Comfortable with basic technology and CRM systems
• Adaptable, solution-oriented, and self-motivated
