Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Full-Time or Part-Time

Therapy Source is currently seeking Speech Language Pathologists to provide in-person services for school students. These positions are for the current school year.

Position 1: Full-Time (40 hours/week)

August 4, 2026 – May 27, 2027

$55-$60 per hour

Public school students

Time included in the schedule for documentation and paperwork

No extra duties assigned (no bus duty, car rider duty, etc.)

1099 contract

Strong support from district

Position 2: Part-Time Assignment (22.5-30 hours per week)

Potential to increase to full-time hours (up to 37.5 hours per week) based on student needs

$48-$60 per hour

Private K-12 school students

Immediate start available

Speech-Language Pathologist Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active Florida Speech-Language Pathologist license
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Ability to work as a 1099 Independent Contractor
• Previous pediatric or school-based experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Possession of (or willingness to obtain) up-to-date clearances
• Proof of individual professional liability insurance (or willingness to obtain)

Speech-Language Pathologist Responsibilities May Include:

• Conduct speech-language evaluations and assessments
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Provide direct therapy services to students in grades K-12
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
• Participate in meetings and collaborate with school staff, families, and related service providers
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local special education regulations
