Senior Supplier Quality Engineer

Medtronic seeks a Senior Supplier Quality Engineer for its Boulder facility to collaborate with suppliers on resolving quality challenges and driving improvements in component quality. The role involves establishing supplier quality standards, conducting audits, and supporting new product development transitions from design to production.
Responsibilities
- Ensure suppliers deliver quality parts, materials, and services meeting company standards
- Develop and execute supplier audit schedules to verify GMP and quality compliance
- Resolve supplier-related quality issues promptly in collaboration with production teams
- Support new product development transitions and supplier qualification for new parts
- Evaluate supplier performance and provide feedback on operational assessments
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field
- Minimum 4+ years supplier quality or related experience
- Root cause analysis and problem-solving methodologies
- Risk management or CAPA experience preferred
- Strong project management and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with MS Office and ERP systems
