Senior On Premise Market Execution Specialist

Constellation Brands is seeking a Senior On Premise Market Execution Specialist to drive best-in-class execution for our iconic beer, wine, and spirits portfolio in the on-premise channel. In this senior field role, you will lead sales execution across bars, restaurants, and hotels, owning key account relationships, securing distribution and menu placements, and delivering flawless activation that elevates brands like Corona, Modelo, Pacifico, and Robert Mondavi. You will analyze sales and depletion data, build territory and account plans, and partner closely with distributor teams and internal Sales & Business Development stakeholders to maximize volume, visibility, and profitability. Success requires strong commercial acumen, trade marketing and negotiation skills, and deep understanding of the beverage alcohol landscape. You will coach account staff on product knowledge and responsible service, monitor competitive activity, and ensure compliance with local regulations.
