Position Overview We are seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our collaborative and growing team in St. Petersburg, FL. This role is ideal for both experienced providers and new graduates who are passionate about delivering thoughtful, patient-centered psychiatric care in an outpatient setting. Practice & Schedule Details Schedule:5daysperweek,40hoursperweek Includesapproximately5hoursofdedicatedadministrativetime Patientpopulation:Adultsonly Patientvolume:18–22patientsperday 60-minuteinitialevaluations 20-minutefollow-upvisits Compensation:BasesalaryplusRVUbonusstructure St. Petersburg Team Structure: 1Psychiatrist 3 Nurse Practitioners Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations for new patients Provide ongoing medication management and follow-up care Develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical assessment Collaborate with psychiatrists, therapists, and clinical staff to ensure coordinated care Participate in advanced treatment modalities including: Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) Spravato (esketamine) therapy Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EMR Educate patients and families on diagnoses, medications, and treatment plan Qualifications Master’s or Doctorate in Nursing with Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner certification Board Certified PMHNP (or eligible) Eligible for licensure in the state of Florida Active DEA license (or ability to obtain) Strong clinical judgment and patient-centered approach New graduates are welcome to apply.
