Job Title: Front Desk Facilities Coordinator
Location: Rockford, IL
Pay Range: $18/HR-$20/HR

Brilliant Financial Staffing has been engaged in a search for a Front Desk Facilities Coordinator with our client located in Rockford, IL. Our client is a growing organization with approximately 130 employees looking for a Front Desk Facilities Coordinator to join their team on a contract basis, with potential for contract-to-hire for the right candidate. The Front Desk Facilities Coordinator will primarily be responsible for front desk operations, visitor management, travel coordination, facilities support, maintaining logs and records, and general administrative support. This is a 100% onsite position, and the ideal candidate would be available to start ASAP!

Front Desk Facilities Coordinator Responsibilities:

• Serve as the face of the company by welcoming visitors, answering calls, managing visitor logs, and providing professional customer service
• Coordinate travel, schedules, and administrative needs for field service technicians who travel approximately 80% of the time
• Coordinate facility maintenance, vendors, supplies, inventory, safety logs, and other facility-related tasks
• Assist with employee onboarding, customer visits, meetings, audits, document management, and general administrative needs
• Support security and compliance procedures while maintaining confidential and export-controlled information
• Assist Operations, Facilities, Human Resources, and Leadership with additional projects and tasks as needed

Front Desk Facilities Coordinator Qualifications :

• High school diploma or equivalent with 2-3 years of professional work experience
• Personable, outgoing, professional, and customer-focused with strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail
• Previous administrative, customer service, facilities, manufacturing, or related experience is preferred; manufacturing or field service experience is a plus
