Sales and Patient Care Coordinator

Job Description
Maia Plastic Surgery is seeking a motivated, personable Sales and Patient Care Coordinator who combines strong sales skills with a commitment to exceptional patient service.
\n \nOur practice offers cosmetic surgery and advanced nonsurgical treatments in a setting focused on personalized care. In this role, you will help prospective patients understand their options and guide them from their first inquiry through consultation, scheduling, and follow-up.
\n \nWhat You’ll Do
\n- \n
- Build relationships with prospective and existing patients. \n
- Educate patients about services, treatment plans, pricing, and financing options in coordination with the clinical team. \n
- Follow up with inquiries and consultations, address questions, and help patients take the next step. \n
- Coordinate appointments and procedures to support a smooth patient experience. \n
- Maintain accurate records of patient communications and follow-up activities. \n
- Work toward sales goals while prioritizing informed patient decisions and excellent service. \n
What We’re Looking For
\n- \n
- Experience in sales, patient coordination, or a related client service role. \n
- Strong communication, organization, and follow-through. \n
- Confidence discussing pricing and guiding sales conversations with professionalism and empathy. \n
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate with a busy team. \n
- An interest in aesthetics; experience in plastic surgery or a medical spa is a plus. \n
