Job Description

Hire Up Staffing is looking for a detail-oriented Assembler to join a growing manufacturing team in Normal, IL. This position is ideal for candidates who enjoy hands-on work, have strong attention to detail, and are comfortable working with tools, wiring guides, and assembly instructions.

Pay: $19/hr.
Shift: Monday-Friday 8am-430pm

Responsibilities:
• Assemble control panels and other electrical/mechanical components
• Use small hand tools to complete assembly tasks accurately and efficiently
• Read and follow wire schedules, assembly guides, and work instructions
• Inspect completed assemblies to ensure quality standards are met
• Distinguish between wire colors and components during the assembly process

Qualifications:
• Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to use small hand tools safely and effectively
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to distinguish between colors for wiring and component identification
• Ability to read and follow written instructions and diagrams
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
