• 24-hour call coverage -- 8 hrs/week at plastic and burn clinic
• Clinic 3 days per week; called in 1 - 2x per day
• 2 - 3 patients per shift
• Inpatient practice setting
• High consult volume -- wound care, trauma, unpredictable calls
• General plastic surgery and hand reconstruction required
• Hand/wrist, facial, breast, and maxillofacial skills preferred
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
• We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
