Cancellation Policy: Guaranteed: Customer may call-off up to forty-eight (48) hours at no charge per assignment, not to exceed twelve (12) hours in any two (2) week pay period, with a minimum unit of call-off of 1-hour. At the Customer's discretion, guaranteed hours may exclude holiday hours where the facility or department for Agency employee's regularly assigned shift is closed in observance of said holiday. Cancellation: If cancelled agreement occurs less than 14 days prior to start of assignment, fee of 12 hours x bill rate applies If termed agreement occurs without 30 days' notice after start of assignment, fee of (3) twelvehour shifts x current bill rate applies.
