This is an opportunity to work on cutting-edge systems in a collaborative, multidisciplinary engineering environment focused on high-performance hardware for ground, air, maritime, and space applications. What You’ll Do Design, integrate, and test complex mechanical, electro-mechanical, and opto-mechanical systems Support projects from concept through fabrication, integration, testing, and field evaluation Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams on advanced technology development Contribute to hardware involving structures, mechanisms, thermal systems, optics, and electronics Present technical progress and results to internal stakeholders Travel occasionally to meetings and field sites as needed Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Aerospace Engineering (Master's preferred) Bachelor's with 7+ years of relevant experience, or Master's with 3+ years Minimum 5 years of mechanical engineering and mechanical design experience Experience designing, assembling, and testing high-reliability mechanical or electro-mechanical systems for defense, aerospace, or DoD programs Minimum 5 years of SolidWorks 3D CAD experience Experience with electronic packaging and complex mechanical systems Active Top Secret security clearance required at the start of employment Preferred Qualifications Experience with opto-mechanical systems Spacecraft or aircraft hardware development Mechanism design Additional experience supporting DoD or aerospace programs Why Apply?
