Number of Staff: Acute care average at 7 need to be at 14 gap of 7. IRU 4 gap of 3
Type of staff: X Day Shift (example 1 charge, 3 RN, 2 CNA, and 1-3 sitters)
Patient Ratios (ESTIMATED): 1 therapist 12-14 pts
Type of equipment: EMR - Meditech

REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS:
BLS
Floating Area(s): Rehab and acute
Dress Code: Scrub Color/Attire - Hunter green
Unit Guidelines/Policies: Please feel free to attach unit policies and guidelines. Dress Code- Nail policy no fake nails, no dips/no gels, must be cut.
Weekends and On call (if any): Weekends rotation at least 2 weekend days in 4 week block schedule. Holiday shift too.
