What You'll Do

In this role, you'll work closely with attorneys throughout all phases of litigation, providing critical support on complex matters from case inception through trial.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing litigation matters and case files from start to finish
• Conducting factual investigations and legal research
• Drafting and preparing discovery, motions, correspondence, and other legal documents
• Coordinating document collection, review, and production efforts
• Supporting eDiscovery projects and litigation databases
• Preparing deposition summaries, witness materials, exhibits, and trial notebooks
• Assisting with trial preparation and courtroom logistics
• Communicating directly with clients, experts, witnesses, and opposing counsel
• Monitoring deadlines and helping ensure procedural compliance

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of civil litigation paralegal experience
• Strong litigation support experience from case intake through trial
• Experience managing discovery and large document productions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Professional, polished, and client-focused demeanor
• Stable work history with demonstrated commitment to previous employers
• Experience with litigation review platforms and eDiscovery processes preferred

Compensation/Benefits/Details

Location: Boise, ID

Schedule: Full-time | Hybrid Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

• Salary: $55,000 - $93,000 per year, + Year End Bonus
