ADULT RESIDENTIAL ADMINISTRATOR – Apple Valley – $70,304 (10K Sign‑on Bonus) Position: Adult Residential Facility Administrator Location: Apple Valley Annual Salary: $70,304 Hours: 8‑hour shift, Monday–Friday on‑call Benefits Medical, Vision, and Dental Insurance Paid Time Off (PTO) Company Perks and Discounts New On‑Demand Pay Job Overview The Adult Residential Administrator ensures and maintains regulatory compliance as mandated by licensing and Regional Centers. The Administrator ensures the health, well‑being, and safety of the clients, maintains regular communication with conservators and other outside‑agency representatives, manages staffing and labor hours to provide the highest quality care and support to clients, and trains and mentors direct support professional staff. Responsibilities Maintain open communication with conservators, family, service coordinators, and client representatives/advocates regarding client health, well‑being, and quality of life, with strong knowledge of Title 17 and 22. Maintain appropriate staffing for the facility in accordance with the program design by hiring, training staff, generating schedules, and delegating duties to best serve client needs. Oversee daily business operations, including client notes documentation, medication audits, personal and incidental funds disbursement and audits, physical plant inspections, maintenance of client and staff files, time‑card review and amendments, annual performance evaluations, and reporting. Attend trainings mandated by Regional Centers. Communicate with staff regarding quality care assurance. Maintain safety compliance to prevent staff and client injury. Manage resident care such as scheduling medical appointments, following up on physician recommendations, and ensuring overall medical condition of residents. Act as first responder in the field to emergencies and report special incidents per applicable laws and regulations. 24‑hour on‑call response as applicable. Perform other related duties and assignments as required. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree preferred and other special training as required by program designs. Registered Behavioral Technician. Adult Residential Facility Certification (ARF Cert). DSP I and DSP II certificates. CPR/FA and CPI certification. Minimum of 2 years experience working with clients with developmental disabilities of Level 4I or higher home. Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience supervising employees caring for individuals with developmental disabilities.
