ADULT RESIDENTIAL ADMINISTRATOR – Apple Valley – $70,304 + 10K sign‑on bonus Position: Adult Residential Facility Administrator Location: Apple Valley Salary: $70,304 annually Hours: 8‑hour shift, Monday – Friday, on‑call. Redwood Family Care Network is hiring compassionate providers to support and care for adults and adolescents with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Here’s what you’ll do: Job summary: The Administrator ensures and maintains regulatory compliance as mandated by licensing and regional centers, ensures the health, well‑being, and safety of clients, maintains regular communication with conservators and other agency representatives, manages staffing and labor hours, and trains and mentors direct support professional staff. Job functions: Maintain open communication with conservators, family, service coordinators, and client advocates regarding client health, well‑being, and quality of life; strong knowledge in Title 17 and 22. Maintain appropriate staffing in accordance with program design by hiring, training staff, and generating schedules to ensure adequate supervision. Oversee daily business operations: client notes, medication audits, funds disbursement and audits, plant inspections, file maintenance, time‑card review, annual performance evaluations. Attend trainings mandated by regional centers. Communicate with staff regarding quality care assurance. Maintain safety compliance to prevent staff and client injury. Responsible for resident care such as scheduling medical appointments and following up on recommendations. Act as first responder in the field to emergencies and report incidents per regulations. 24‑hour on‑call response as applicable. Perform other related duties and assignments as required. Education / experience requirements: Bachelor’s degree preferred; other special training as required. Registered Behavioral Technician. Adult Residential Facility Certification (ARF Cert). DSP I and DSP II certificates. CPR/FA and CPI certification. 2 years experience with clients with developmental disabilities Level 4I or higher homes. 2 years minimum supervisory experience caring for DD individuals.
